A little about me

Read a book and do it!

I grew up with a mother who always encouraged me to try everything. She is skilled beyond belief. Her philosophy to anything she wanted was “I can make it!” With that I was taught that all you had to do was read a book, google it or chat to random people with the skills you want to know and then you do it!

Sewing

My mom went to school for pattern making and sewing. She created several businesses with that knowledge. While doing this, I played under the sewing table and learned valuable lessons. Come sew with us!

I was a baker since I was 6. (my mom bought me a book) I was diagnosed with celiac at 24 and had to completely learn how to bake again. My mother-in-law has Sibo… Come find great recipes for all allergies!

Discovering the World and Myself

Hi, my name is Alexis! I have been married for 10 years to Jon (the one who lets me do all sorts of crazy adventures). I have a puppy named Echo who just turned 1.

I love being creative and sharing things that have helped me. I have been diagnosed with celiac (a gluten free diet for me) and anxiety.

I am here to share my journey and show you that no matter what you have going against you, we can always find the good and accomplish what makes us happy.
